F2443 U.S ARMY P/O JKT
We use 12th count uneven thread for the warp and 10th count nep thread for the weft to recreate the vintage WORK TWILL. Aiming for the expressive twill of the time, the fabric is finished with cotton scum left intact.
A pullover shirt was made using this fabric, and a STONE WASH was added in the post-processing to make the fabric a little looser, giving it a mature look. We want you to wear your clothes thoroughly and bring out the “flavor” without getting dirty.
経糸には12番手のムラ糸、緯糸には10番手のネップ糸を使用し、ヴィンテージのWORK TWILLを再現。当時の表情豊かなツイルを目指し、生地は綿カスを残したままで仕上げている。
この生地でプルオーバーシャツを製作し、後加工でSTONE WASHを入れ、生地を少しくたらせ、こなれた雰囲気に仕上げた。汚れを着にせず、ガンガン着込んで「味」を出してもらいたい。
